No institutional affiliation is required to order from our catalog. All purchasers must confirm the products are for research use and agree to our Terms of Service at checkout.

We accept Interac e-Transfer only. Place your order and the payment details — the e-transfer address, the exact amount, and your order reference — are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. Nothing is charged automatically and no card details are collected anywhere; payment goes through your own bank. Your order ships once the transfer is received, usually confirmed within a few hours on business days. When sending your e-transfer, include only your order reference in the message field — transfers that reference products cannot be accepted.

Yes. First orders over $150 include a free research vial of GHK-Cu 50 mg or BPC-157 10 mg — your pick, added in the cart — and first orders over $200 ship free. Orders over $250 ship free for everyone. One welcome vial per customer, first orders only (we verify against our order records when confirming your order), and the vial is supplied under the same research-use-only terms as every other product.

We ship domestically across Canada. Orders are typically processed same day and delivered within 2–5 business days via tracked courier. Packaging is discreet with no product references on the exterior.

Compounds are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried), which is shelf-stable at room temperature for transit. Store at -20°C upon arrival per the label instructions.

All Veridex compounds are verified at ≥98% purity by independent HPLC analysis — the established research-grade standard. Many batches confirm at 99%+. Purity is confirmed against the specific batch, not a generic product-line certificate.

We don't print lot numbers on vials or publish batch documents — published COAs are routinely copied and reused by other vendors, and a certificate is only meaningful when it can be traced to a verified order. Instead, every order number is tracked internally against the supply-chain testing for the batches it shipped from.
