This Privacy Policy explains how Veridex Biosciences ("Veridex," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with veridexbioscience.com, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
Information We Collect
Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address, and the details of the products you ordered.
Payment information. We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer only. Your payment is processed entirely through your own financial institution — we never see, collect, or store banking credentials or card numbers. We receive only the transfer confirmation, sender name, and the reference details your bank includes.
Correspondence. If you contact us — including requests for batch testing documentation — we keep the correspondence and the details you choose to provide.
Technical data. We automatically receive limited technical data such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site; the IP address associated with an order is retained with the order record to prevent fraud and promotional abuse. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
How We Use Information
- To process and fulfil orders, match e-transfer payments, and arrange delivery

- To administer promotional offers, including confirming first-order eligibility against our order records

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Cookies
We use only what is essential for the store to function — your cart lives in your browser's local storage and never leaves it until you check out. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
