These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of veridexbioscience.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it from Veridex Biosciences ("Veridex," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Research Use Only

Every product sold on this Site is a research-grade compound supplied strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind — including consumption, injection, topical application, or the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition. Products have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. FDA, or any other regulatory authority, and no representation is made as to their safety or efficacy for any purpose other than laboratory research.

Eligibility & Purchaser Responsibility

By ordering you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research purposes; (c) you have the training, knowledge, and facilities to safely handle, store, and dispose of research compounds; and (d) your purchase and possession of the products complies with all laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of purchasing and possessing these materials in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the products are intended for anything other than laboratory research.

No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site — product descriptions, research summaries, the reconstitution calculator, articles, or correspondence with us — constitutes medical, health, or dosing advice. Descriptions of research areas summarise published scientific literature for informational context only. We do not provide dosing guidance, protocols, or clinical recommendations under any circumstances.

Product Information & Certificates of Analysis

Each batch is HPLC-tested for purity and identity, and every order is tracked internally against the batch testing for the material supplied. Testing documentation relating to your order is available on request with your order number. Analytical results describe the tested batch only. Specifications are provided for research reference and are not a guarantee of fitness for any purpose beyond laboratory research use.

Orders & Payment

We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer only. When you place an order, payment instructions — the e-transfer address, the exact amount, and your order reference — are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. Orders are held until payment is received and may be cancelled if unpaid after 48 hours. Payment is processed entirely through your own financial institution; we never receive or store banking credentials or card details. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers — including our new-customer offer of a complimentary research vial (GHK-Cu 50 mg or BPC-157 10 mg) with a qualifying first order over $150, and complimentary shipping on qualifying first orders over $200 — are subject to these conditions: offers apply to first orders by new customers only (a new customer is a person, email address, and shipping address with no prior order with us); one complimentary vial per customer; the complimentary vial does not count toward any qualifying threshold, which is measured on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts; complimentary items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and are subject to availability (a substitute of equal value may be offered); offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time; and we may decline any offer we reasonably believe is being claimed through duplicate accounts or other abuse. Complimentary vials are research compounds supplied under the same Research Use Only terms as all other products.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, thresholds, and packaging details. Delivery timelines are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss transfers to you when the shipment is accepted by the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

All Sales Final; Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Because storage and handling cannot be verified once products leave our control, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@veridexbioscience.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference and we will make it right with a replacement or credit. Our maximum liability for any order is the purchase price paid for that order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridex Biosciences is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including any use inconsistent with the Research Use Only designation, and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes; all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veridex Biosciences, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or any use of products contrary to the Research Use Only designation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Veridex Biosciences or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site.
