Free domestic shipping automatically applies to orders over $250 CAD. New customers: free shipping on first orders over $200, and a free GHK-Cu or BPC-157 vial on first orders over $150.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view order status from My Account.
Packaging & Cold-Chain
Compounds are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried), which is shelf-stable at room temperature during standard transit windows. Upon arrival, store products per the label instructions — typically -20°C, protected from light.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or your package has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at our contact page with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
