BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence of a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most widely studied compounds in tissue-repair research, used across in-vitro and preclinical models investigating tendon, ligament, muscle and gastrointestinal healing pathways, as well as angiogenesis signalling.
