Research Overview

CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF (1-29), is a modified 29-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Four amino acid substitutions in the sequence increase its stability against enzymatic degradation, while the omission of the drug affinity complex leaves it short-acting. It is used in in-vitro and preclinical research examining GHRH-receptor binding and pulsatile growth hormone signalling.

Quality & Testing

Every CJC-1295 (No DAC) batch is independently verified by an accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry to confirm both purity and molecular identity. Every order number is tracked internally against the supply-chain testing for the batches it shipped from — we don’t publish batch documents, which are routinely copied by other vendors. For testing information relating to your order, contact us with your order number.

Handling & Storage

CJC-1295 (No DAC) is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Store at -20°C and protect from light and moisture prior to reconstitution. For laboratory reconstitution volume and concentration calculations, see our Reconstitution Calculator.

Research Use Only. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. It is not intended for human or veterinary use, is not a drug, food, or cosmetic, and has not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA.
