IGF-1 LR3 is a modified analog of insulin-like growth factor-1 carrying an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-residue N-terminal extension. These modifications markedly reduce affinity for IGF binding proteins, and the analog is widely used as a reference ligand in preclinical models examining IGF-1 receptor signalling and downstream proliferative pathways in vitro.

Every IGF-1 LR3 batch is independently verified by an accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry to confirm both purity and molecular identity. Every order number is tracked internally against the supply-chain testing for the batches it shipped from — we don’t publish batch documents, which are routinely copied by other vendors. Handling & Storage
